I know not all children are the same but how much sleep is typical for this age??

according to the "no cry sleep solution," toddlers between 12 and 24 months should be taking 1 or 2 naps totalling 2-3 hrs per day and sleeping 11.5 to 12 hrs at night.

I read on Babycenter.com that a 12 month old should be getting about 11 hours of sleep at night, and be taking about one 2 - 2 1/2 hour nap. Of course, they are all different. I just thank God everyday that my son naps and pretty much sleeps thru the night. He usually goes to bed somewhere between 8:30 and 9:30pm and wakes between 7:30 to 8:30 am and has about a 2 hour nap everyday. He's 14 months, by the way...

2 naps a day. I put my 13 month old down about 11:00-1:00, and from about 4:00-6:00. She goes to bed around 9:00.

at 14 months my daughter slept from 8-8 and took a nap around 1 for about an hour and 1/2....

Been a while since mine were that young but if I remember rightly a good 12 hours - 7 till 7 say?
