I don't think so. Have you seen the commercial that said a glass of milk a day makes you lose more weight. Well, I hope this helps you. Good luck.

as stated above, any excess kcals will be stored as either adipose or lean mass. What you eat makes a difference, and IMO, milk is not the best option. Lactose, broken down in the body, yields galactose and dextrose. Both of these are simple sugars and may lead to a uneeded jump in your insulin (turning off your fat burners).

At the same time, milke provides a quality amino acid profile consisting 80% whey and 20% casein. Casein is a great slow digesting source of protein.

Can and will. I'm a dairy junkie - just toss me some cheese, any kind of cheese, and I'm happy. And sour cream. Yum.
But yes, typically dairy products are loaded with milkfat and that fat will definitely stick with you.

If it's high fat, yep. Skim milk and and skim yogurt are a good source of protein if you want to lose weight.
