Around 8 A.M. would be the best time to eat a good breakfast so that by the time lunch comes around at 12 or so, you'd feel kinda full but still be able to have a little lunch. And wut is up wit u people!!??? The guy just wants to know when he should eat breakfast!!! Is that too much to ask for!!!!???!!!!!

Breakfast should be eaten soon after waking so as to give the body enough energy to get start the day.

I read some article that said it's best to eat within 30 minutes of getting up. Something about not depleting all your energy or to keep your energy up, something to that affect anyway

right when you wake up. if you don't eat, you're metabolism will be the same as it was while you were sleeping, which is really slow. eating right away gets your body out of that mode.

um in the morning when you get up the word is break fast to break a fast is to eat in the morning to get your metabolism going again.
