This website lists some contradictions in the Muslim faith. I was wondering how this is explained by Muslims. Thanks.

This is not a question that was meant to bash on Muslims. I'm studying religion and am curious. I have several Muslim friends. I don't mean to offend anybody by asking this question.

there are contradictions in every faith becuase not everyone agrees with eachother about certain technicalities and there are different extremes of views in each religion ( as well as more laid-back beliefs). Just look at how many denominations there are in the Christian Church...

You'll get alot of Muslims offering Islamic apologetics trying to defend Islam, but in all honesty there are no legit apologetics for a false religion.

I'll address the praying 50 times a day. Mohammed, peace be upon him, told Moses, peace be upon him, about praying 50 times a day. He, in turn, told Mohammed, peace be upon him, that his people keep to praying as much as Allah wanted (more than 50 times a day) and that he should ask Allah to reduce the amount of prayers required a day. I believe that Mohammed, peace be upon him was being an advocate for his followers. In the article, it says, "What kind of god appeals to the will of man". This is an interesting thing to write. Allah gave us free will and the ability to reason and ask Allah for guidance, help and mercy. I would ask the author of the article, What parent doesn't appeal to the will of their children at least a little?

This site is the opinion of somemone who has very little understanding of Islam. the article's credibility was lost when he claimed that Mohammad is considered a saint and is to be worshipped alongside God..Islam has no saints. Mohammad was a man.
If you can find a scholarly site, use that instead of one created by someone ignorant of Islam.

Nobody can explain all the contradictions in Christianity, so that goes for other religions too.
