Please don't misunderstand this, but the best way I've found to do God's Will is to ask Him.
Make time EVERYDAY for JUST YOU AND HIM!
He'll let you know what He wants you to do. And remember He doesn't need us, we need HIM!

If you want to give more of yourself to God, first learn to be faithful to Him. If you pray and read just a little now continue to be faithful to it and God will increase the time that you spend with Him. Also, as God increases you, He will increase areas of your life which will allow you to serve Him more. But nothing will happen if you are not committed. The Lord said, "He that is faithful in a little, can be faithful with much". Work the little that you have.

Service to God comes in many forms. Some become priests, some do missionary work but doing for your neighbors and those in your community is a good start. Study your Bible and increase your spiritual knowledge, this will help you to see opportunities to serve. Jesus said that when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers you did it to me, Matthew 25:34-40.

Talk to him everyday, as a friend. Ask him to bless you everyday. And pray for EVERY problem in your life. Even if it is beating the boss in the last level on Halo 2. Seriously, Be true to him. Make him the number priority in your life everyday. Admit you sin, repent your sins, accept him as your savior, and make sure you you bring him to your heart and soul. Once, you reach the ultimate relationship with God, you will understand his plans and will be the happiest person on the face of this planet. Don't you ever wonder why atheists are always angry, especially when once talks about religion, whereas the believers are more gracious and happy about it? :)

You could say what they call "The Sinners' Prayer" which is where you accept Christ in your heart (if you hadn't already) and say something like, "God, I can't do this on my own. Please come into my life and show me Your way. My life is so empty and I need You to guide me. Help me live for you everyday. Amen."All you do is try to show people God's love and hang out with the right crowd.
We all have a gurdian angel and we shouldn't do stuff to scare our angel away-so we must do good stuff and try to act in a Godly way, such as doing stuff God would want you to do. Thats why when u pray it may take awhile for your answer-cuz your angel is fighting Satan. Satan wants us to fail and is the father of all lies. (But our answers to our prayers will always come-we just gotta open the door.)

open your eyes, your heart, your ear... when you see anything that needs love (a blind man trying to cross a busy street, an old woman carrying heavy bags, beggar on the street, etc) - then show your attention, love by helping them.
Just like what the samaritan did, because God is Love. no need reading lotsa chapter in the Bible if we never practicing it.
