the one where you lay on the floor and somehow flip up?

It's called a "kip up" (sometimes referred to as a nip up) and it's really quite easy with a little bit of practice

At first you may need a friend to help you up just so that you can generate the proper form and you don't flop about like a fish and develop bad form. Then after a while it'll come along MUCH quicker than you think.

I would say a flip up...

Its not hard to do with a bit of practice....

Using your hands to push you up is how to do it..

Its much harder doing it without your hands though. To successfully do it this way requires strong neck muscles.... do some bridging!!!
