You can probably try, but I wonder what would be the grounds of your suit?

You would have to convince judge and jury that you were wronged, cheated out of something that belonged to you, or that she was in violation of contract...

Of course, she could also counter-sue you for defamation of character, wrongful suit, and probably harassment.

In other words, you are not going to win, you are going to spend thousands on a lawyer, and you will look like a moron if you do...

Just accept that it is over and move on. But I feel your pain SCW, and wish you the best in the future...

On what grounds would you sue her honestly? I think that is one of the stupidest questions even asked on here. And for the record, I just started looking at the questions and answering.

And they wonder why the courts are clogged! If your girlfriend signed a contract about being your girlfriend, then you can sue her for breech of contract- otherwise, get over it and move on with your life!

How much did she cost you??? Do you have proof? Did you keep all your receipts from dating her? Do you really want to be that angry....move forward and find another new girlfriend...be smarter, next time keep all the receipts and maybe you'll have a case! LOL....just joking.....best of luck in moving on.... :)

Is your question for real? That's a funny question. Sure go ahead and see how fast it gets laughed out of your lawyers office. Just let it go. Nothing you can do.

Just the fact that you are asking this speaks volumes about why she broke up with you.

no. i guess if she stole something or ruined something of yours you could sue to have it returned or replaced, but you can't force her to stay with you if she doesn't want to be with you.
