There are several ways to cook your chicken and what do you want besides chicken will dependent on your taste and what is available at home as far as ingredients are concerned. I'm taking a shot in the dark...If the chicken is whole, you can cut the chicken into pieces and remove the skin, then put the chicken in a bowl then pour a bottle of Italian dressing to marinade the chicken for at least 15 mins longer the better, next get a sauce pan with rice and add enough water to cover about 1/2 inch beyond the level of rice and boil it. next will be the package of green salad already made. Put your chicken on a bake dish and cook it at 325 degrees until done. Now you have chicken, rice and salad for dinner, OH! forgot to you can add your drinks, The choice is yours, H2O, Milk, or what ever.

Fry it just until the skin is crispy and brown but the chicken isn't cooked through. Then put in a pan and add bbq sauce and cook in the oven 350 farenheit until done, about 30 to 40 minutes depending on the size of the chicken pieces. By browning the chicken first you avoid the rubbery skin if you just throw bbq sauce on it and put it in the oven.

Brine the chicken (soak it in some very salty water) for about an hour (it helps keep the meat moist). Rinse it off, pat dry with papertowels and grill over indirect heat. Rub the skin with a little soft butter and roast or grill until done. Serve with a fruity salsa, crusty bread and a big green salad.
