What people speak English, the ones who dont come here illegally? you guys totally missed the point of this question.

Yes, assuming you have the money. I am currently in the US for the next 90 days but I now live in Costa Rica. I sold everything I owned and moved - It's a decision I don't regret at all. A little Spanish will go a long way and there are a lot of English speakers but don't expect it everywhere. The more you try to adapt to the language and the culture, the more they'll accommodate you.

NO. Mexican law prohibits this. You must learn Spanish, You cannot own land, You cannot run for office. In fact you would be nothing but a second class citizen. And they call us racists! If you want to be treated like a slave sure go ahead but I would recommend Brazil instead. Its cheap and you will have all the rights just like a native.
