At 20 what were some of the things you did to get a girl to notice you, let them know you're interested? I work with this guy that I think is about 20. I've noticed him looking at me and now he's starting to do goofy things.

Men are kind of stupid. If he is doing goofy things, he is almost certainly interested in you. I liked then (and still do) make lots of silly jokes. I had a friend who would actually make fun of the girl -- it was his way of breaking the ice. Amazingly, it actually worked every so often. If you suspect at all taht he's trying to get your attention -- he probably is.

He acts goofy means he likes you!! Wear a short skirt, drop a pencil and pick it up in front of him and watch if he passes out!!
If he does he is in love with you!!

usually, acting stupid around hot or women that men are attracted to is normal, just play along with him and u will easily be able to tell if he is interested
