people often have to rush off in the morning only drinking like 2 or 3 gulps of coffee and like a bite of something.

A fruit cup is healthy - maybe a bagel, coffee is bad for you, try eating a bowl of cereal that will give you energy for the day - not for the first hour of your day. Anything with fibre is good!

If you are in a hurry at least eat some kind of breakfast bar and a banana or some kind of fruit you can eat on the way to work. You can even try a yogurt smoothie. That is good for you. You can even cook something the night before and just stick it in the microwave and eat it.

special k bars are great. they taste good and are healthy. my fave is vanilla crisp
