does your kidneys and baldder be the last thing that start working?what are the signs?

Have you spoke to your Dr? Was your Spinal cord injury permanent. Did you lose feeling any where? Your question is to wide to answer. Can you walk? If so I would say kidneys and bladder should be okay. Sounds like you have more going on. Like a laceration to the kidney or bladder maybe so with that , that could take a lot of time. If you had a dx like MS and the kidneys and bladder were affected they could stay like that. I hope all is okay for you and you heal just fine. Take care of yourself.

If you completely sever your spinal cord and are left as a quadriplegic(neck down paralysis) or a hemiplegic(from the waist down) there is never any control of the bladder or bowels
