Be gentle with your dog while training it. Make sure it knows what NO and YES means. Give it a treat when it goes to the bathroom OUTSIDE. Say Good Girl/Boy and Yes and give it a treat. when it pee's or poo's inside the house or somewhere you dont want it to, Say NO and give he/she a tap on the nose. Repeat EVERYDAY !!! Remember to keep her/him in a cage or a room at night with papers down because in the middle of the night, puppies need to go to the bathroom. Also, keep it in the room or cage when you go out so he/she wont go to the bathroom there. Make sure he/she ALWAYS has access to water. Puppies should eat 2-3 times a day, depending on how old he/she is. The caging it and keeping it in a room also helps out with its seperation anxiety. If he/she is crying in the room, make sure he/she has a place to sleep, water, and maybe food. Check if he/she is alright, then leave he/she alone. DONT GIVE IN IF HE/SHE IS BARKING. she/he just wants attention and if you give it to him/her, it will ALWAYS cry. hope that helps!!

Training a puppy is a big thing. Make sure when he whines to do something you don't want him to, dont give in. If he does soemthing you dont like than say a firm "No" and tap his nose witha rolled up newspaper or soemthing. Email if you want to gte more info...i'll try helping as much i can.

To train a new puppy, you need to give him/her tons of love, patience and treats. There are some books you can get, at your local bookstore or at a vet's office. That's how my friend did it when she got a new puppy. Good Luck!

I am sure that there are tons of books. What I heard was that if you scold a puppy when they pee in the house and then put them outside, then bring them back inside after awhile that they will get that assocation. (That was a runon sentence).
I heard that if you litterally rub their nose in it that they are conditioned to do that to themselves outside when they are own their own. For me, it goes without saying that if a person llitterally put the dog's nose directly in the waste than that is cruel.
