Depends on where you live, there's Chinese, Mexican, Thai, my neighbor lady who cooks something I can't name and there's Latvian, but here in AZ there aren't too many of those places.

depends on where u live and if you have companies that will deliver. We have one here that delivers all types from restaurants for a fee.
