First I ask if delivery charge is added on. Then I tip less. If not I figure the cost of gas and the distance. 10-15 percent is customary though.

My sister's a pizza delivery driver. $0 - $2 annoys her, $3-5 is decent, $6-7 is good, $8+ is great.

You should also know that the delivery charge is used to reimburse the drivers for their gas, it doesn't really count as a tip.

Depends on the distance and load, but I usually give 10% because they charge a delivery charge as well.

That would depend on the price of the order and how long it took to get your food to you. If it isn't satisfactory I wouldn't give a tip at all but most places will add on a tip to your total order so that the driver(s) get paid too.

I usually give about 15% unless they are extra quick when I give more. I think that's more than most people but I figure you give a waitress at least 20% and they don't even use their own gas to drive it to your home :)
