what to look for,is it good rehab,i'm getting lots of return and has feeling for a year now,will going in the pool make me lose weight,it been a year and6 mon.so for im doing my best and never going to give up.

Swimming is excellent rehab for a variety of injuries -- it's one of the best exercises there is for injuries to the back or spinal cord. If you're getting "lots of return," then you already know it's doing you some good -- so stick with it! Swimming is a good calorie burner and is great exercise for your whole body. Good luck and keep going!

rehab in the pool is excellent!! Your entire body is supported and all the muscles of your body are worked. Keep it up.

Hey, that is great! I know a lot of people no matter their age or situation that would give up. Keep up the good work. If you believe you can you will make it. never give up.
