I know it's a great activity that helps you lose fat, and keep fit, but I was wondering if anyone was willing to share personal experiences.

when i was in high school i took dance for three years and the first year i lost 30 lbs. on the second year i lost 15 lbs more and on my thrid year i lost 10 more yes it dose help and dance and dance club,

It depends on the intensity (how much), duration (how long), and frequency (how often). It's a great way to exercise and get or keep in shape. You can burn 200-600 in an hour of dancing.

yea I want salsa dancing and lost 45lbs its pretty fun too. all the hip moving and dancing on your toes also gave me great legs and firm bootie. Try it its not too hard and must times people will help you learn
