I'm trying to lose weight and i dont want to cut out junk food completly. I just wanna have it in moderation and smaller portions. How many times a week do you think it would be ok to eat junk food?

i'm on a diet and i get junk food like mcdonalds or burger king every friday. i get kids meal though.

If you eat junk food in proportions, for example instead of eating a bag of Doritos you only eat five. Also if you eat junk food sparingly , you'll be fine,

Personally i dont eat junk more than 1 meal a week.

Everyday if you eat a little. Safest bet for you is to have it once ever other day in small portions. Good Luck!

its not determined by how much per week. dont limit yourself to a certain amount....when you have a craving, eat a little...or just one serving (the serving size can be seen on the package)...
