I am a small dog lover, so any small dog is great to me.
But, as my nickname implies, I am partial to Chihuahuas.
According to the weight you listed (if that is the new-born weight) the adult weight should be in the lower and upper 5lb range.
Just realize the chart is not always accurate
and weight guessing ***and that is really what it is**** is never an exact science.
This is the chart site for Chihuahuas:

I love them,I've had 6 over a period of years. At 11weeks my new yorkie,Tessi weighed 2 pounds. You really need to see both parents,i tell by how small their feet are at an early age, small little feet and tiny bones. They are smart and very lovable, good with children, but you want know what color their hair will be until grown.I don't know exactly how big they will get,but all 6 of mine weighed between 4-7 lbs.smaller yorkies tend to have a lot of health problems, like mine do.this last one i just got will probably be a bit bigger, her feet aren't so dainty!
They are my favorites, these little heart stealers!!probably didnt help you out much,to me they are the best.

I love yorkies. I have one that is almost 9 and another one that is a little over a year old. They are wonderful babies for life. I have never seen one with a weak skull. Mine bang their heads and run into each other head first. They make you laugh a lot. Our female had 2 babies and they too are funny. Our female baby went to our niece and we are still looking for a great home for the male. They are all AKC registered. They make great mousers. Our female caught 17 her first year. They are smart and will twist you around their little paw in about 3 seconds.

Not sure how big it will be but should be around 3 - 7 lbs (: I LOVE YORKIES, although thinking about it makes me sad cause I had a yorkie that i grew up playing with when I was back in China and just a few months ago my auntie gave it up for adoption and i never neard from Rosie(the yorkie) again :\.. My auntie had to give it up because her daughter-in-law was pregnant and she was about to give birth, something about its not good for pregnant woman or women whose going to give birth to be around dogs cause they have some kind of germ that will make the newborn sick. :( i was so sad because everytime I go back for vacation she would be there to play with me! But overall i love yorkies. I'm planning on getting one soon maybe to accompany my doggie (pomeranian&minturepoodle mix) Honey (: !

They usually weigh around 4 - 5 lbs. when full grown. I would never have another one. He was a real cutie, but they are quite fragile, despite being terriers. I was told by the breeder I got mine from that their skulls are like egg shells.
The larger Yorkies were bred in England and used as rat catchers in the mills.

I am on my second yorkie and I just adore them. They are difficult to housetrain but for a small dog just use wee wee pads. They are personality plus and it's like having a forever baby. They are also extremely affectionate. The weight you are speaking of fully grown will be about 5 lbs. as is mine. Good luck...

It depends on what kind of yorkie you got. There are many categories of sizes such as teacup and toy that will determine size. I had one for a couple of years, Scrappy, until my fiance and I broke things off and I let her have him. Mine barked only at the mailman, but didn't house train well....he also ate the furniture. But that was my only one so I don't know if it was more because of the way the ex treated him or because that's the way that they are.
