My sciatic is pinched as well but this is a different pain that affects the backs of my thighs.

Well, it might be a side-effect of sciatica or another nerve that's under pressure.

From own experience, I would recommend you to go for a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. With this, you get rid of sciatica within short notice. Seeing the effect on the self-healing power is quite amazing, also the legs should get OK.

It is more common if you have lost or gained weight quickly or wear tight clothes that pinches the nerve. Lying on the nerve may also compress it and cause symptoms which may keepyou awake at night. Your doctor should evalaute you for any reason for this nerve to be pinched, then try to avoid a position where it is being pinched!

Could be a small tributary of the sciatic nerve or it could be cramps from low calcium. Try a calcium diet supplement and see if it goes away.

you probably have leg cramps. what you do is don't get up. you need to either massage the leg or circle your foot a few times.
