I do not think it would be wrong to be a "christian" only organization as long as you are referring to the standards of conduct that will be allowed.
However, if you will not allow anyone into your group that does not think like you or believe like you then you are no longer a christian organization, you will be a denominational group.

I assume that if it were a church organization you would be okay, because the focus of the group would be Christianity, but if it were, say, a business that was Christian-only, that would be discriminatory.
If you want to be open to other people, you could have your Christian organization, and also create similar ones for other religions, and then involve them together for certain activities.

judge not, and you shall not be judged. don't profess someething about religion on an "only" basis. it becomes a self-destructive force. if you are open to other ideas, say so.
