Anal penetration (also known as sodomy) is an old practice (Greek antiquity) which is not experienced exclusively by homosexuals. Many men and women enjoy anal sex as an enhancement to regular sexual relations.

It is important to keep in mind that anal sex should not be painful. If it is then it is not done properly!

Anal sex is one of the most frequent phantasms of men. Some women enjoy anal penetration (sodomy), some others do it only to please their partners and finally some are disgusted because they think that this practice is degrading, bestial and unnatural! Fear of pain can also explain the rejection of anal penetration (sodomy).

Risks of STD transmission

The risk of aids transmission (or other sexually transmitted infections) is higher during anal sex. The rectum wall is actually more fragile than vaginal wall, so blood contact during anal penetration is more frequent. Using condoms will reduce this risk.

Rimming (also known as analingus) should always be performed with dams to avoid any risks of hepatitis transmission if the partner “is infected of it”.

Anal sex should not be paintful

Even more than for any other type of sexual relations, it is necessary to talk about it with your partner in order to be sure that he or she agrees on it. Unprepared act will often result in pain during the anal penetration.

Anal penetration needs more tenderness than vaginal penetration to avoid pain during the penetration and a possible tear of the anal sphincter in case of forced and brutal penetration.

First of all, a good hygiene and a local wash are essential. If it is possible, go to the toilet before in order to evacuate your feces.

Anal sex positions

The two best positions for anal penetration are:

• The receiving partner kneels on his or her knees and elbows while the penetrating partner kneels directly behind the receiving partner facing toward him or her.

• The receiving partner lies on his or her back and pulls his or her knees up as close to his or her chest as he or she can manage. The penetrating partner approaches on top, both partners facing each other.

Basic tips for anal sex

Before inserting a finger into your partner’s anus, make sure that your fingernails are cut short. Start by running your well-lubricated finger over the anal opening of your partner and pressing against it making circular motions as you go in order to relax the anal sphincter.

Always pay attention to your partner to indicate whether or not he or she feels comfortable.

Slide one finger in slowly and wait a minute. Take it all the way out then push it back again. Then, slide a second finger in. If it is difficult to enter the anus, then more lubricant is probably needed.

When your partner indicates that he or she is ready for penetration, put on a condom. Always use lots of lubricant on your penis. Always use water-based lubricants, which are latex compatible.

The penis should always be inserted slowly. Do not use force. Stop immediately if your partner complains of discomfort but stay inside his or her anus. If the pain is too unbearable, then take your penis all the way out very slowly and wait a minute before a new attempt. If the pain persists, do not dwell on it!

After anal sex

After anal sex, never penetrate your female partner into her vagina without first cleaning yourself thoroughly or without changing your condom. The bacteria that live in the rectum could give vaginal infections to your partner.
However, anal sex can be practiced immediately after vaginal penetration without preliminary cleaning.

Technically, it is not possible to get pregnant from anal sex. However, the semen leaking from the anus after anal penetration may drip across the perineum and cause “splash” conception which can be avoid by the use of condoms.

Use a water-based lubricant and your boyfriend should wear condons. You should be relaxed before penetration and he should go slowly and not try to force himself inside. Also, he can build up to actual anal sex with anal stimulation using his fingers (make sure his nails are trimmed, you may want to use latex gloves). Don't rush things. Build up to it slowly to get comfortable with the idea of having anal penetration.

He should wash his hands and penis after anal intercouse if you plan to have vaginal sex after, he shouldn't use his fingers or penis for vaginal stimulation if they've been in the anus. You could get a vaginal infection, so make sure he washes up so as not to pass any anal bacteria to the vagina.

From experience you have to be very horny, use lots of lube too, make sure when he does go anal that he does not go back in your vagina that is how you can get a UTI. Have you tried buying anal adult toys first to try out, smaller ones to get used to it? Just a thought. The more you do it the easier it will be. Good luck.

Take a warm enema with a little baby oil in it. The enema should be through. Knee to chest position is a good way to hold water for a while. Then rinse with the water and oil inside again. Do this about an hour before. then when he presses in clench your butt cheeks and relax as he with-draws. As you concentrate on the rhythm you'll be distract from any discomfort until you realize you enjoy it. The enema relaxes and smooths out the ride, plus you don't get s--t all over the place.

K for sex you need to be really turned on. Tell him to give you oral sex. that will open up your vagina more making it easier for it to go in. For the anus its a little different. the anus has muscles the close the whole really tight when it feels something around. wait about a minute tell him to use lubrication for a less painful fit then its ok to perform it. By the way the first time does hurt the girl so thats why i went really slow, really really slow and didnt put it all the way in just stuck half way in to produce plessure and subdue the pain

Beware of the health consequences of doing this, especially the risk of a vaginal bacterial infection. I don't see why people want to do this, it seems very unnatural, but if you do it, just be careful. I have also heard of women being torn in their rectum doing this, and you say you cried before from the pain. The pain should be telling you something here, I think.

If you are less than 18 stick to kissing. We dont know your age. Anal stuff isnt the intended way and you can harm yourself doing that. Im not sure your question will even be allowed.

it seems u have a shitty agenda. Y in God's name would u want to have a penis in ur butt? Suppose it gets stuck in there? what next? u'll be walking around with a penis in ur butt for life? what does that make u? would u be that desperate for publicity? anyway, seriously, it is not everything u hear people do, u need to try. God made ur vagina to accommodate a penis, not ur butt, unless ur brain is reversed. But who am I to deter u? Knock urself out and I mean knock urself out. Tell me how it goes.
