I ordered pet supplies from this company and never received my order. Phone is not active and no email reply from them. They charged my card immediately. I have tried everything. I live in the states and they are in Australia.

I have not had any dealings with the company you mentioned, but I have had similar problems with a company charging my card and not following up with the promised item.
Your next option will be to notify your charge card company and explain what has happened.
It is going to be a long and slow process (mine took over 6 weeks) but they are your best bet to get your money back.
Just start keeping notes of dates when you tried to call the company in Australia. Keep very good notes......

Oh boy - you're in a jammie situation. If the phone is not active, and you have received no reply - I'm afraid you've been badly stung.
But I had just about the same problem with a couple of companies in the States [I live in Canada]. Fortunately I was able to have the charges disputed and removed, which is the only thing you can do now. The country doesn't matter - there are 'bad apples' everywhere, and I have had excellent results from all the other companies I have placed orders with.
