I would tell him to stay away from her. However, short of violence, there isn't any way to make him stay away.
The important question here is: what would my girlfriend say to a man who was trying to romance her? If our relationship were real, she'd be the one to tell him to get lost. If not, I'd just dump her and move on.

My girlfriend is not inanimate property that can be stolen. She's a person who, for all I know, is choosing to stay with me. So, any guy who tried to steal her from me would be miserably wasting his time. That is probably what I'd tell him.

Actually had that happen in a "personal" experience! If she wants him then she`s NOT worth wasting any time over! We wouldnt
be friends anymore tho!! I worked too many hours and lost her in my case.
At least i didnt marry her first when that happened! Life is full of up`s and down`s!! There is always someone else out there!

If shes honest she would tell the other guy to get lost and i wouldnt have to beat him to a pulp but if shes going to leave there isnt much i can do about it.

before blaming ur friend u shoud first see u girlfriend may be she herself give him achance to steal here look man no one can steal agirl friend from one and this girl didnt accept ofcourse she like him if she didnt like him she will never give him achance to do that with her
