God - Deus
Lord - Dóminus
Our father - Pater noster
Just passed a church today with a phrase above the gate:
In domum Dómini íbimus (we go into the house of the Lord)
But I advise you to do not tattoo youself. Is it not enough that anothers label us so often? Besides, every normal person develop. What seems OK one day, may be understood as a mistake later, that is normal; standing on one point shows big problems faster. Tattoo is difficult to remove. And does not become nicer with time...

In Latin is Domine, Dominus (Kyrie is greek as far as I know).
Deus is God as in "Deus ex machina" a god made by a machine

>>Pater Noster<< is as close as one can get.
Interesting you want to DESECRATE your body - the TEMPLE of THE GOD using HIS name!
Could that be BLASPHEMY you intend?
