GOD being a woman would not have any difference, as GOD gifted humanity with FREE WILL, oh..
JESUS being a woman - now at the time when Jesus walked among us - humanity was very different - women were property, cruelty was the norm, the meanest dog ruled the pack type mentality. Is this your question? No one would consider a woman as GOD - BACK THEM. The message would be lost, or watered down.
When a black person becomes president he or she will deal with humanity as any other president, by the LAWS set by the nation. AGAIN do you mean... if a black person was say the second president - well then slavery may have been abolished - without the civil war in the USA. A different power source would have been found other than muscle, may be. Of course slavery was (still is?) a WORLD problem - a president can only do so much.

I would hope that nothing would change, or the change would be for the better. It doesn't matter to me who God is, but I think it to be a nice change to have a black president. Or even a female. I am sure some of America couldn't handle that, and there may be riots or something, but I would still like to see the outlook they would have to make America better. I still feel that gender or color mean nothing at all, it is the inner person we should all be looking for.

All woman are gods (lol)
A black as president would make for a good news week! He/She would be under watch for the entire four years (or eight) of being president.

I don't get it
what exactly would God be president of (as a black person or a woman or whoever)
if God were a person of any kind, then He would be mortal, and fallable, and, not God

What makes you think God would be president?
But to answer you question, to assume that God is male, female, white, or black is foolish. God has no skin, and erethreal body.
So if it turned out God was black (or white) I would be pretty pissed off that I was wrong.

It's all about money and power.

How do we know G-d isn't a woman? Think about it, there is no "Father Earth," or "Father Nature."
As for a black president, well, it would depend on if they're competent.

People would flip out.
In the words of Wyclef:
"If I were president, elected on Friday, assassinated Saturday, buried on Sunday."
lasermouth9: Didn't got say he created man in His image? If he has no body, how come we do?
