Not after a hurricane! Many a looter suffered sudden lead poisoning. Nobody was prosecuted. The NOPD actually provided me with ammunition.

spider man comic character is a vigilante he doesnt kill any criminal but he foils their attempt to do evil but he is still guilty of vigilantism cause as a citizen he takes the law into his own hands
so define vigilantism
