If I think or say a guy looks cute, I am not thinking hot. Simply put, cute is cute like adorable and you could just squeeze his cheeks--(face cheeks by the way) But, I'm not talking about immature boy cute, just a baby face cute which is a very good thing in my book! Also, cute doesn't mean a guy isn't strong and muscular.
My husband is very strong with huge muscles from working out. I think he's hot but, I also think he has a baby face and is very cute in a sweet way. Take note, a guy who is very hot may not be so cute though because the cute factor is not just about looks but, also about personality. If a guy is hot but his head is filled with his ego then, he's not so cute and I wouldn't want him.

Some ppl think that you're suppose to like the guy when all their saying is that he's cute!!!-- That's only in some cases...
In some other case, they may see this guy, think he's cute and then some! Meaning, they want to get to know the guy.
In some cases, get to know the guy meaning, get into his pants, go out with him! Have a long term relationship with the guy!!!-- It could mean so much!!! It depens!!!!!

Well I say it depends on the woman/girl. Some of my friends say cute as in he's okay but I've seen better type (yes they are shallow), and some think cute as in the whole package type of thing like he's smart, funny and fine!!!! It all just depends on the person!!!
