The best thing for the stomach is crunches. I have an exercise ball and it is great to. All the exercises work on the core(the stomach).

But exercising alone will not do it. You have to eat right to.

remember in order for your abs to show your bmi must be 12% or lower.
a healthy BMI for women is 6-24%
Men-6-18%
