He got mad with the money changers in the temple because he felt that commerce should not be going on in the house of god. He was also taking a jab at how the Jewish authorities were keeping poor people (and women, and sick people) out of the temple.

He was frustrated with the Disciples when they could not cast out the demon from the little boy. He was upset with the Pharasees at different times. He was angry and had blood surging in his veins when the saw the merchants defiling His Father's Temple.
