I WORKED FOR A HOME HEALTH AGENCY, YOU SHOULD SEE IF YOUR COUNTY CAN HELP YOU, THEY COME AND BATHE HIM, DRESS AND FEED, SO THAT YOU CAN HAVE A BREAK, HE PROBABLY WILL NEVER BE POTTY TRAINED, DEPENDS ON HIS BRAIN FUNCTION, I WOULD TOILET HIM EVERY 2 HOURS, SOMETIMES YOU GET LUCKY AND THEY GO, AS FOR THE BREATH, YOU MUST BRUSH HIS TEETH THREE TIMES A DAY, AND GET HIM TO A DENTIST, AS THE DISABLED DON'T UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF HYGIENE AND RELY ON YOU TO DO IT

talk to your doctor or nurse if you dont have one reseach his decease (i have a hard time with that word) online through a goverment or proffesional website. Maybe some friends or family members could help you with taking care of your son.
