What you need is to increase your body mass without gaining a whole lot of fat. I have found the best product to help with this. I copied the website below.
https://lifeforce.net/smartindex.asp?opin=20510212&ppin=&rpin=&countryid=1&strpage=https%3A%2F%2Flifeforce%2Enet%2FMain%2Fproduct%5Fdetail%2Easp%3Fsku=LF901
This is the only product I know that contains lean protein as well as amino acids and live enzymes all of which is needed to build lean muscle tissue. Not to mention it's the only one I have used that actually leaves you feeling really good after you take it. This company will give you a 45 day money back gaurantee which tells you they stand behind their products. Get that and combine it with your exercise routine and you will see what I am talking about. Good Luck!

Lift heavy weights give yourself at least a day rest inbetween lifting. Eat alot of calories mainly protien. Drink plenty of water. And get plenty of sleep, this is very important you muscle dont grow at the gym but while you are resting.
Heres what I did: workout Mon, Tues, Fri. lift about 75-80% of my max for 6-10 reps of 3 or 4 sets allowing a 30sec-1min resting period between sets., drink alot of water, eat more mainly lean proteins: ground turkey, turkey bacon, chicken etc..,protein builds mucle but dont forget your carbs because they provide energy to do your workouts, eat 5 or 6small meals a day instead of 3 big meals, inbetween meals eat a snack protein bar, nuts, yogurt, fruits, etc... i took a weight gainer an addition 2200 calories a day to provide for the protein to gain muscle but watch out because it has a lot of sugar prehaps a simple protein supplement would be better than weight gainer, creatine is not really a magic supplement to gain weight but it helps provide energy and water retention to help give your muscle energy and the water retention will temporarily give you more mass due to the extra water stored. this extra water in your muscles provide more nutrients to your muscles resulting in quicker recoveries and more muscle gain. however, most supplements to me seem to be a placebo or to dangerous to deal with due to the lack of long term studies on them, or even if they do work for some people they might not work with someone else's body and could just be a big waste of money
Becareful of the people at GNC and other supplement stores they normally dont have the medical background to suggest a supplement to you, and are normally just tring to sell a product. If you do start any workout program or diet you should consult your doctor first.
