Clean with peroxide and apply neosporne

Yes if you don't have the money to go to the Vet....then clean the dogs skin with rubbing alcohol...You will probably need some one to help you....then apply either Caladryl or Neosporin or just call Pet-co and see if they have some stuff to put on it...best of luck to you!!! i hope your puppy gets better!!! this heat is killing us all!

do not use peroxide or rubbing alchol neither is good. first shave the spot completly and use some mild soap (dawn) and water and dry it then just apply neosporin twice a day until healed.

That happened to my dog and we took him to the vet. She gave him a shot and ended up shaving that spot on his fur.
