More than likely, you've got internal damage, in your nasal cavity. When your nose get's broken, it can have no effect, but also can, if the cartildge, or bone, is dislodged into the 'tubes' that you breathe through. It only takes a small amount of protrusion, and you'll be feeling like someone's stuck a carrot up your nose. A minor operation, will rectify it.
