do skinny people sometimes have sweaty hands becasue of their metabolism??

Very rarely do I get sweaty hands. I am 5'8" and less than 135 lbs (I don't know the exact amount b/c I have no scale right now). I only get sweaty hands if I am holding hands with somebody else that has a hot body temperature. But I wouldn't think that metabolism has anything to do with sweaty hands...i could be wrong though, don't know everything (and glad I don't).

Not SKINNY... more like average, but fast metabolism and no, I never have sweaty palms. (I realized this a while ago because when I went to a social... all the guys had sweaty hands.)

I'm 5 foot 6 inches and I weigh 122. I have never had sweaty palms, and I have a very high metabolism. I've never heard of that!

I don't think weight has anything to do with it. My boyfriend is 5.8, weighs 200 lbs and has the same problem. A lot of the time his hands are sweaty and almost always has a high body temperature.

Anyone can have sweaty hands. Metabolism isn't the main factor in it.

My hands are sweaty right now and my bf says my body is always hot (temperature wise). So I think u are rite.

I don't think those two are related.
I know skinny person with very dry hot hands. My best hight school friend had the sweatties hands ever, but she wasn't skinny.

My hands never sweat, I'm thin, but the work I do for a living takes everything I have.

Don't think so.....I'm thin and I don't have SWEATY palms.....I would say that it is probably due to a thyroid disorder.....You might want to have your thyroid checked......they do it by a blood test.....very simple!
