Seeing a Therapist helps. Even if you don't have insurance to cover this. You can go to Catholic Charities(you don't have to be Catholic) . They only charged me $5. per session and I had the Best Therapist ever. That person helped me get rid of so much negative thinking. I am glad I forced myself to go, I didn't want to open up to them, it was hard. I'm glad I did. Also, Drink plenty of water, eat right, get 20 min. of sunshine at least every day. Try , I know it is hard when you have 4 Kids- try to get plenty of SLEEP! Do what ever it takes to get good sleep. Very important. Last You need some You Time! Plan one day a week that you get a few hours to yourself, to do what ever you like. YOU DESERVE IT!!!! God Bless and Good Luck!

Have u tried meditation? I think it'll help. I'll list you a few things that could help like:-
- doing yr long forgotten hobbies or interests, those activities that u lose track of time doing.
- reading good selfhelp books, they can be very encouraging
- music (make ur baby laugh , Ithink that's like music) & dancing
- expressing yr depressing feelings to God everyday because he does listen & will help u. If ur not a believer then finding someone u trust will benefit u too.
-there r foods that increase depression or decrease them so watch yr diet.
Those r a few things that I hope will help .
Good luck

I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder due to the fact that I was abused as a child. I see a trauma psychologist weekly for this and it's very helpful. Therapy can be very healing, and you'll also gain much insight into yourself. Just make sure you pick a therapist with whom you feel comfortable.

Best healing wishes.

I was going to suggest volunteer work, you know doing something to help other people can help make you feel good..

Then I saw your ID. Ouch, I don't think so, your life is already full enough. Do you get enough of me time? Make sure you take time for yourself everyday. Maybe to read a book, listen to some favorite music or take a bath...undisturbed.

Good Luck

Friends, #1 choice.

Keppin it to your self only hurts more.
Talk to someone and make a list, everyday write about what you like about your self until you like you for you.
