Depends on whether you work mentally or physically

Energizing for mental work : coffeee, tea, caffeine drinks - better without sugar.
For me too much but some people like it - Redbull and those type of energy drinks give yuo a push.

For physical work: Bananas are the best, if you play for example a 5 hour tennis tournament you may want to have pasta the night before.

In general: Avoid alcohol, drugs of all kind, all stuff which makes the liver work hard....that is usually very tiring for the whole body.

And better than food: Regular workout preferably outdoors, "healthy" = unprocessed food, lots of sleep, yoga

Protein and complex carbohydrates. I have low blood sugar and I sometime go too long and have to eat Peanut butter on whole wheat bread. Washing it down with orange juice gives you the natural sugar boost you need to get kick-started. If you have more time a good steak and baked potatoes, salad and hot rolls. I'm a vegetarian, but what ever floats your boat.

Buiscuits and sugary substances- it gives you all the quick boost energy you need- otherwise eat apples (food high in natural sugars/ glucose) for long term energy. Processe Sugars (not natural sugars) tend to give people sugar crashes.

you need to eat every 3 hours to sustain your energy. good meals might be high fiber spaghetti and a serving of fruits and vegies with a small glass of milk. or you could try a sandwich which includes wheat bread, meat, mayonnaise, raw spinach and tomato. for snacks, try 1/2 sandwich with some fruit or milk. fruits, vegies, and sandwiches, and soups are very portable and easy to munch on. you could try energy bars but they are small, expensive and not very filling. eat a serving or two from every food group when you eat meals, and keep your snacks smaller not as big as your meals. i hope this helps.

2% milk always works for me drink 3 cups a day (750ml).
take a look at the nutrition facts of milk and you will see a huge variety of vitamins in it. its fast to drink and its delicious. dont think that chocolate milk will give the same results cuz it doesnt it may have all the same vitamins but less in quantities.

Apart from B12 vitamins, Korean Ginseng works wonders for me. Either the pure elixer, or the tea. Try it! It's natural!
