for example mon - sat i go to spinning class in the morning from 9am-10am and mon wed fri i take taekondo and spinning before class too and on tue and tr i take spining in the evening and mon - sat i do weights and sitt ups

Yes you can overtrain, especially with weight training or very high intensity cardio. Overtraining is when the volume and intensity of an individual's exercise exceeds their recovery capacity. They cease making progress, and can even begin to lose strength and fitness.

i don't think this is bad unless you are not eating enough calories to fuel your body. our bodies were meant to be physically challenged. our ancestors, and even the Amish, today, walked around 8 miles a day just doing what needed to be done. just make sure that you are eating healthy and getting enough water. congratulations on being so active.

you can't have too much exercise but you can exercise one secion to much.
