Right now I live in Oshkosh, WI and will be finishing my undergrad degree this next school year and I was wondering if either of those branches would make it easier for me to move south. Right now its not really possible because I would never be able to go on a job interview.

You will go wherever the military needs you not where you want to go. They can give you choices of where you want to be but that does not mean you will get it. It is based on the needs of the military.

Neither would get you there permanently. The Navy and Air Force both have bases in FL, and SC that I know of, but if you do get there, you'll end up somewhere else shortly thereafter.

Neither service keeps you more than 3years at a duty station. Talk to the recruiters, you do 20years, close to your retirement you can make a decision for a southern state living. FL, SC, LA,MS,TX,CA, wherever your heart wants to settle down!
Go for it!
