When you feel that a serious & good relationship exists between the both of you!! A serious and good relationship means respect, understand, maturity and responsibility. Get an education first before getting serious as it take $$$ to have a family and raise children. Nothing, in particularly babies, happen by accident. Babies are not dropped into the chimneys by flying birds either!!!
Talk to yr parents about her before introducing her to yr parents. Good luck!

Whose to know?? There is no set time.....everyone is different. I did not even meet my son-in-law until my daughter was married for almost a year. It is when ever it happens.
