Rub dish soap on the electrical plugs. They hate the taste. Not sure about the rest of the stuff, maybe get her some chew toys?

Is your cat's diet complete? Could she be lacking in something? Can you add a good multivitamin to her diet? I also had a kitty who 'ate' everything, including half of a bedspread, several corners off my bottom window ledges, shreds of carpeting, and stereo speaker wires! But she had been injured as a tiny kitten, and the vet suspected possible brain injury, so...
All you can do is, cat-proof one room of your house and confine her to that room when you are not right there to supervise her. She'll need to sleep there at night, also. Find some toys which will be 'safe' for her to chew on--most likely anything made for small dogs should be perfectly safe, for her. Rub some tuna oil right out of the can, on new toys, to give her the idea.
Electrical cords can be wrapped with tubing so she can't get at them; there is double-sided sticky tape to put on large items you don't want her to chew on. I'd say keep paper and plastic things put away. There is Bitter Apple and other similar liquids made that taste nasty which you can douse forbidden items with; I had no luck with it personally but it usually does work for most. Good luck!

I agree with the dish soap thing. I did that and it worked like a charm. The cat WILL foam at the mouth the 1st time she bites the cord w/the soap on it.

Perhaps you could get something for your cat to chew on. petextras.com has freeze dried stingray tail called Ocean Chews. My cat loves them. The small ones come 5 or 6 to a pack. They look like a rawhide stick, but are really healthy. They recommend soaking in water for kitties, but mine never gives me a chance!

An oral fettish, huh?
You got some good advice on how to handle it. I also advise keeping a spray bottle around, give her a squirt when she starts to chew on the "wrong" things.
She will probably grow out of it.

There's a product called chewstop at Petsmart. I never used it, though.
