Here's are two links to photos of me (sorry, I know they're both kind of weird photos but they're the best ones I could find where you can really see how my hair looks):

I was thinking about getting it short, but I'm not sure if that would look OK on my face. Also if I shortened it, I have a feeling I might have to straighten it every day because my hair is kind of wavy (and then I would have to buy a really good straightener because my hair is quite thick). I wouldn't mind getting highlights, but I don't want to completely die my hair (I've heard that it can damage your hair and I don't think my parents would want me to anyway). A longer hairstyle would be fine to, but I just don't really know what would look good. So, any suggestions?

Ok, for those of you who takes things to literally, I'll make the question more simple so you can understand. "Does anyone have suggestions for a new way I could style my hair?" Sorry if that was too confusing for you. -_-'
Anyway, besides those people, thank you everyone else for answering.

You have the same sort of face shape as me. If you want the most flattering cut, get long layers and sideswept bangs. I think a good length would be just below your shoulders. That way it's still long but not heavy. The layers would make your awesome waves really stand out and look beautiful. It's also low upkeep if you keep the bangs long, about mid-jaw length. You have a fantastic hair color, I wouldn't even get highlights if I were you. You can also ask them to part your hair on the side, which balances out your features. I put the link to this sort of hair cut underneath. Hope your hair turns out awesome!

More than cutting your hair i would suggest that you treat your hair with some moisture and bring it back to life. According to those images you never seem to blow your hair out or use styilung products, so it is essential that you do your "stilyng" in the shower while you are washing your hair. I say you should cut a fring to wher your top lashes hit the bottom of the fringe. Cut the fringe using the temles as the pivot. fromt there I would make a disconection about 1/4 of and ich to hit the side of you cheeck bone. i would take an inch off the perimeter point cutting the ends.

Try a shorter cut with some layers, keep it long enough to keep it pulled back if you want, but you can go shorter in steps instead of one big OMG What DID I just DO haircut...you seem pretty low maintenance (nothing wrong with that...me too), so I would stay away from the highlights...you'd just have to maintain them...you could try a semi-permanent color that'll wash out in a month in a shade close to your own to brighten it up...That way you've changed your hair, but it's not permanent...

I have your type of hair. I have it parted in the middle with choppy bangs. I have long layers and face framing layers. I think this would look great on you. Don't go too short. Just a little off of the bottem, maybe two or three inches. With such a pretty face anything would look great on you. Good Luck.

I wouldn't go short , you have a very round face shape. Your best bet would be to go a few inches past your shoulders and layered around the face. You're very pretty, don't cut it short. I am sure that if you cut it down a bit to just past your shoulders and get it layered around your face you will look SOOOO good. Highlights would suit that style, especially highlights around the face.

After looking at your photo I'm thinking that your hair is the least of your problems. If you get a chance you might want to contact a
plastic surgeon. After he gets through with you come back to us and we'll talk about the hair.

hey!
You kind of look like me, and I used to have hair like you. I cut my hair in steps, and now it is short. I love it. If you don't like it, just let it grow. It is just hair anyways. On my days off I don't do anything with it. It just curls naturally after I wash it, in the neck, and it looks super cute! WHen I have to work i use a think curling iron and curl it inwards. It looks really good.
I say go for it! Good luck!

Yep, definitely time to leave the 60s behind.
Love the color. I think an asymetrical bob with a tapered nape would look very nice on you. And maybe go for contacts and lose the glasses.

i think short would compliment your face and multi-coloured highlights would look nice also...if you dont want to straighten it everyday you could leave it long enough for you to pull it back in a ponytail or two but i would stick to your natural colour cuz its really nice and thenn add some highlights and get the cut you like and voila...beautiful

Lol, you're making too a variety of of it. I constantly watch the hairdresser in the replicate with the aid of fact she asks me if i want extra shrink off, extra thinned, etc. and that i ought to work out my hair to be responsive to the thank you to respond to that! At different cases I in basic terms look at myself or at stuff around the room or at a mag. do no longer stare at people with the aid of fact they could think of you're a creep. do exactly what feels comfortable and don't think of too plenty.
