It' s humid, I have a dehumidifer, but is there anyway i could still get sick from it.

Mold and mildew can grow in dark, dank places. Mold spores get in the air. You could be breathing them in. It could cause health problems.
Most portable humidifiers are noisy. I wonder how you can sleep near one.
If the basement is just "humid" and not damp or wet, maybe you should look into ventilation. If it would be possible to create cross-ventilation (bring air into one side of the basement) and force it out the other side) you might be better off

Look for black mold growing on the basement walls. If your keeping the basement dry enough so that the cold water pipes or basement toilet isn't condensing water on the cold surfaces, then your humidity is probably low enough and you can sleep comfortably. However, you might do a check for radon.

There are some cases of fungal infection to the lungs and sometimes it can be deadly. I watched an episode of discovery channel and it had such a fungus.

Apart from molds, sleeping in a place where sunrays can not penetrate is very unhealthy, it is the recipe for Tuberculosis.

If the basement is moldy -- yes, you could get sick from it.
