You dont need to answer all of them but what is: relevant, material, competent, admissable, and cumulative evidence?

relevent is evidence that applies directly to the case.

material is hands on evidence

competent is evidence that isn't certain but holds it ground so it appears correct.

admissable is evidence that isn't certain and starts to look false when put under fire.

evidence gained when placeing things all together. such as ohh this was found here she was wearing that same thing 2 day earlier kinda thing.

Relevant means ...does it pertain to the issue at hand.
Material ...material evidence would be something tangible...evidence you can pick up and show to a jury. Material witness is a witness who carries the bulk of your necessary testimony..ie: usually someone who SAW the crime occur or who took part in the crime.
Competent ...competent means that a witness is competent to testify...sane and believable.
Admissable ...evidence that is admissable in support of your position...usually decided by the judge
Cumulative evidence ...the sum total of all evidence you have to provide...including the tangible or material evidence and the witness testimony.
