Contact any one of the Major Auction houses-Christie's,etc.They are professionals.Never, ever sell until you get a certified appraisal.Your Painting may need some restoration work done before you sell.This could bring the value even higher.This is also something a professional appraiser may or may not advise.Please Note that some of the Auction Houses may charge a fee before evaluating your painting-ask them.

from where did you get that painting &how did you know that it is 700 years old why do you want to sell it.OK your wish if you want to sell that painting go to an art museum and sell it but remember you will not get such an old painting again

go to a museum or an art expert
you need to contain it or restore it so it wont get destroyed
but personally, i dont believe you cause most paintings are really coming apart and really hard to restore
but if it is in good condition, then maybe it will cost alot or less

SCREW EBAY! IF IT IS REALLY 700 YEARS OLD CONTACT SOTHEBY'S OR CHRISTIE'S. OR ANY SERIOUS AUCTION HOUSE... THERE IS NO WAY YOU WILL GET WHAT IT'S WORTH ON EBAY AND A REAL AUCTION HOUSE WILL KNOW IF IT'S 700 YEARS OLD AND ALL THE HISTORY.
