You're absolutely correct in that these groups all worship Jesus. That is what the ecumenical movement was all about. Up until the middle ages, there was only one Christian Church--then for whatever reasons, people broke from the Roman Catholic church and started the Protestant churches. Hopefully, one day soon all will reunite--but so many differing traditions have arisen over the centuries, that this may be a very long & difficult process.

They are just branches of the same religion. Kinda like some people go to the main branch at the bank, some go to the one at the grocery store, some use the on-line version, and others just use the ATM. It is all the same bank but the differences are why people choose to use one over the other. Same with Christianity. They basics are the same but some people prefer different styles of worship or have slightly different interpretation of the meaning of certain things in the Bible.

Among Protestant denominations, the differences are mainly over governmental structure and certain practices. Some, like the Southern Baptists have a leadership body that extends over all the Southern Baptist churches, while others, like the Evangelical Free, do not have a national leadership, but each church determines administrative things on the local level. Baptists, and others, believe in full submersion baptism, others don't. But on the basic doctrines of Christianity, all are in agreement, except for the apostate churches who have denied the tenets of Christianity.

Almost all important doctrine is completely agreed upon between Catholic Christians and other Christians.
Here is the joint declaration of justification by Catholics (1999), Lutherans (1999), and Methodists (2006):
By grace alone, in faith in Christ's saving work and not because of any merit on our part, we are accepted by God and receive the Holy Spirit, who renews our hearts while equipping us and calling us to good works.
There are some minor doctrine issues and some major cultural traditional differences which, I believe, do not matter that much.
A Catholic worships and follows Christ in the tradition of Catholicism which, among other things, recognizes that Christ made Peter the leader of His new Church and Pope Benedict XVI is Peter's direct successor.
With love in Christ.

Catholics and Lutherans are all branches of Christianity. We all worship Jesus but some may not pray to certain people like the Blessed Mother

The difference is in the doctrine. There is a variety of doctrinal beliefs that divide all the Christian belief systems. Some gravitate to this and some to that. If only we were all united... But, Christ said He came to bring division (Luke 12:51) and when He does something, He tends to go to extremes.

Their ideologies mostly. It's all a battle of who has the correct interpretation. So, the question is not whether they worship Jesus, but how they should do it. They battle each other over questions like that. Or whether the veneration of saints is not idoltry, etc.

They're all brainwashed, but catholics are more so. Did you know that you have to pay the Catholic Church to have them pray for a dying family member? Isn't it great? I made that bullhonky and people still follow it. What losers.
I should kill all catholics.

What happened to God, when did Jesus take over, I thought "thou shell not worship false gods". Here all this time I thought that God sent his son to teach people how to act and he ends up taking over, I mean it's all "praise Jesus" what happened to "Praise God"? If I was him I would be P.O.
