Thats a question for your husbands doctor. This is serious. Don't have sex until you know its safe. How did your husband get HIV.
Please be carefull

Yes, as long as the condom is put on properly and doesn't have any tears or holes in it. There are female condoms that your husband can use to safely give you oral sex. Most people call them dental dams and are available at most shops that sell sex related things. Being diagnosed with HIV does not mean that you can not have a wonderful sex life. Just be Safe about it and ask questions!

The first answer is the best here, consult with a doctor before engaging in any sexual activity. Kissing is obviously still okay (assuming neither of you is bleeding from the mouth). As far as oral sex, that's a difficult question, and one I'd ask the physician.

In addition, depending upon when your husband contracted HIV, and when you and him last engaged in intercourse, you may have also contracted the disease already. Antibody titers usually take several months (even a few years in some cases) before levels are high enough to show positive in clinical diagnostic testing. Make sure you get tested on a regular basis.

Theoretically early treatment with anti-HIV medications may help the body's immune system fight the virus. So far, early treatment cannot cure or eradicate the virus. Therefore, early detection is most important to prevent the spread of the virus.

The virus is present in the blood, genital, and other body secretions of virtually all infected individuals, regardless of whether or not they have symptoms. The HIV virus is spread from one person to another when these secretions come in contact with the vagina, anal area, mouth, or eyes, or with a break in the skin, such as from a cut, bruise, sore, or puncture by a needle. Sexual transmission of HIV has been described from men to men, men to women, women to men, and women to women through vaginal, anal, and oral sex.

I would invest in some dental dams or something similar for when you are on the receiving end. I know of folks using a number of items including plastic wrap from the kitchen (I'd be worried about a break).
Use condoms if you are the one on the giving end of things.

Why would you want to have sex willingly with someone who has hiv in the first place. your only putting yourself at risk even if you use a condom, Its not 100%

a condom is not a guarantee. I would talk to doc about this. people who answer here are not professionals and sometime just plain don't know what the hell they are talking about. with this kind of a think you want to be damn sure of the facts.
