Can I get a cancellation ticet at the airport?

I want to take the flight from Istanbul to Izmir today but haven't got it yet.If I go to the domestic airport,is it possible to get some by the normal or cheaper price?

Yes. In fact, there have been new airlines emerging lately. They have cheap flights and the Istanbul-Izmir route can have many flights throught the day. Try Atlas, Onur and Pegasus.
