Oh My god....CHINA of course.

China's toilets range from the EASTERN TOILET

which is merely a small basin embedded in the ground which you must squat down over...

...to a hole in the ground with feces, urine and maggots in it.

The public bathrooms in China smelled so bad, I swear, you could smell a strong urne odor from almost 2 blocks away (4 blocks during the hot summer).

In fact, I saw bathrooms in China, IN SCHOOLS, which were nothing more than a wall that led to a reccessed trough. You stand up and pee against the tiled wall !!!

The troughs were the worst. In China people don't have the sense of privacy we have in America. When you are doing your business, in many cases there is no divider to seperate you from the next guy or girl. You see their stuff !!!... you see the waste coming out of their bodies !!! And there is nothing you can do to stop from seeing it.

If you think these pics are gross, believe me, it gets WORSE.

One time I had to use a toilet like this in a restaraunt:

and I basically took off all my clothes before using it cause I was afraid I'd sh!t myself.

I'm born in England and my parents are Indian, believe me when i say this - the toilets in public places in India are the worst in the world.
I go to India regularly and their ok in the hotels and at home but out and about forget it, insects, smell, old sh*t, dirt and no door locks are just part of the problem.

Dood, I know this one. MEXICO. Cause in Mexico, the sewage can't handle the Toilet Paper. So they have a special bucket for the used TP right next to the toilet. Gross Out. This is a topic for the next question..Thanks 2 points

Without a doubt, United States. Compared with Canada, going to to a washroom in the US is like a jungle expedition.

I went to Greece when I was a kid, and the toilet was just a hole in the bathroom floor - and you had to put the dirty tissue in the bin. hence I have never been back there!!

Spain , there are very few public loo's usually you have to go into a bar or cafe and get a coffee first before you can use the loo! They still have ones where there is just a hole and one has to place ones' feet carefully.....

well it would have to be between france and corfu...i say france because when i was there i had to squat in a hole it was ridiculous and a very very horrible experience.
i say corfu and not greece because not all greece is bad. corfu is particularly bad because of their poor drainage system. its horrible u have to put your toilet paper in a bin and not down the toilet yuk yuk yuk. corfu toilets stink.
funny question to ask though.

India, especially outside of the areas with modern restaurants and shops. Most places you just can't find any at all!
