yes actually it does. It ussually means that you are becoming more and more spanish oriented. Since I don't know what your dreams are about that is all I can read off of them.
However i will give you an example of what it could mean.
If you are only speaking spanish when you are having one of those "hot" dreams it is saying that you should use the Senorita methods to get a man. (If you catch my drift).

I know that there will be many that will disagree with me, though lol..., I think, I believed, Spanish is the true Universal languages. of this last day's. Spiritual, and perhaps the best for telephatic comunication.
